🧩 The 3th Grade at Flos Learning: Operation and Support

In 3th Grade, students refine their knowledge and delve into more in-depth learning. It is a year of structuring, where rigor, reflection, and the ability to organize oneself take center stage. At Flos Learning Partner, we offer clear, demanding, and benevolent educational support, combined with individualized and regular monitoring.

📅 A Structured and Progressive Timetable

Upon enrollment, families receive a detailed timetable, structured day by day and hour by hour, following a progressive pedagogical logic.
This rhythm must be respected, as it aligns with the course progression, assessments, and annual objectives.

The educational platform provides access to all necessary resources:

  • Timetables (downloadable PDFs)

  • Course materials, activity sheets, exercises, and assessments

  • Assignment submission area and correction consultation

📚 Educational Resources and Materials

The program primarily relies on materials provided by Flos Learning Partner.
If specific textbooks or materials are required, a list will be provided with the contract or during the year, depending on the learning sequences.
We ensure that purchases are limited to what is strictly necessary, with accessible resources suitable for home use.

👨‍🏫 Personalized follow-up by subject

The student may be followed by several teachers depending on the subjects.
Each teacher:

  • corrects homework,

  • sends personalized pedagogical feedback (often in audio format),

  • remains reachable via our platform, by email, or via the dedicated application.

📝 Regular and supportive assessments

The 3th Grade includes approximately 12 to 15 assessments throughout the year, distributed evenly.
Each assessment validates specific skills and fosters growing confidence.
Feedback is provided within a few days, and systematically accompanied by personalized feedback (written or audio).

📞 Regular exchanges with the family

Throughout the year, pedagogical check-ins can be organized with parents and/or the student:

  • by phone or video conference (15 to 20 minutes),

  • to review progress, adjust the pace, or work on a specific point.

🎯 Support that Prepares for Autonomy

The 3th Grade is a transitional year: foundations are consolidated, thinking is structured, and work methods are developed.
Flos Learning Partner ensures a stable framework, demanding content, and human support to enable each student to prepare calmly for entry into the advanced learning cycle.
