1st Grade (6-7 years old)
The first steps towards reading, writing… and much more!
About Us
The 1st Grade program marks the entry into elementary schooling and lays the essential foundations for learning. At Flos Learning Partner, we support each child in this decisive transition through structured and caring instruction. Reading, writing, mathematics, world exploration, and artistic expression are approached progressively, interactively, and adapted to individual needs. Our goal: to develop curiosity, self-confidence, and a love of learning from the very first steps in the school of “constructed knowledge.”

1st Grade at Flos Learning: How it Works and Support
At Flos Learning Partner, the 1st Grade program is designed to support children in their fundamental early learning, even remotely. Thanks to clear organization, adapted materials, and individualized monitoring, families can calmly supervise the school year at home.
📅 A Structured and Flexible Program
We provide a detailed timetable (day by day, hour by hour), which families can follow entirely or adapt to their own pace.
All materials are accessible via our secure educational platform:
-
Timetables (downloadable PDFs)
-
Worksheets, assessments, methodological resources
-
Homework submission function for correction and return of annotated copies
🎓 Personalized Educational Support
Each student is monitored throughout the year by the same teacher, who can be contacted at any time by email, phone, or via a dedicated application.
-
An assessment is offered every 2 to 3 weeks, totaling approximately 13 assessments during the year for 1st Grade.
-
The student must have studied all the sounds in the program before moving to 2th Grade, even if it requires extending learning into the summer.
-
Each correction is accompanied by a personalized audio message from the teacher, addressed directly to the child.
-
Corrections are generally available within a few days after submitting the assignments.
✍️ Included Educational Resources
Families can download and print:
-
Assessments and their instructions
-
Practical guides (reading method, rereading, writing, mental math)

Do you still have questions or would you like to speak with us directly?
We offer two simple ways to contact us:
📚 Textbooks and supplies
No list of supplies is required at the time of registration.
If specific textbooks or educational materials are needed, a clear list will be provided at the time of contract signing or during the year, depending on program needs.
We strive to limit purchases to the strict necessary, for simplicity and accessibility for families.
