Code of Conduct

This code defines the rules of behavior and use of digital tools within Flos Learning Partner. It must be read and signed by the student and their legal guardian.
1 – RESPECT AND KINDNESS
The student agrees to:
✅ Respect teachers, classmates, and staff members.
✅ Use polite and courteous language in all written and oral exchanges.
✅ Show kindness and mutual support towards classmates.
❌ Not make insulting, discriminatory, or defamatory remarks.
❌ Not harass or intimidate other students or teachers in any form (written, oral, digital).
2 – PROPER USE OF DIGITAL TOOLS
The student agrees to:
✅ Use the educational platform solely for pedagogical purposes.
✅ Comply with technical instructions and follow teachers’ guidance.
✅ Connect to online courses in a calm environment conducive to learning.
❌ Not share login credentials with other individuals.
❌ Not record, distribute, or modify course content without authorization.
❌ Not disrupt online classes with inappropriate behavior (noise, deliberate distractions, off-topic messages, etc.).
3 – PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES
The student agrees to:
✅ Be present and punctual for live classes.
✅ Activate their camera and microphone when requested by the teacher (unless a justified exception applies).
✅ Complete assigned exercises and homework within the given deadlines.
❌ Not connect to a class without actively participating.
❌ Not cheat during assessments.
4 – USE OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
The student and their parents agree to:
✅ Respect the confidentiality of the educational content provided.
✅ Not reproduce, distribute, or sell courses and materials provided by Flos Learning Partner.
✅ Respect copyright and intellectual property of the content.
5 – SANCTIONS FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
In case of non-compliance with this code, Flos Learning Partner may apply graduated sanctions:
1. Verbal or written warning.
2. Temporary restriction of access to the course or platform.
3. Permanent exclusion from the institution in case of serious misconduct (harassment, fraud, non-compliance with safety rules).
